| Well...it was character-building! I started out making a dress for Lexy at 8 o'clock this morning. To say that I am not a "natural" at sewing would be akin to saying Yorkies may be slightly slow to learn potty training! Anyway, after three attempts (2 bodices and 1 skirt) I made a dress that she can actually wear! Please tell me this gets easier with practice. Once the pinsticks heal, I'm going to try this again. I was so proud of myself though about one thing. When I couldn't get the *%^&^$!@&^%$ sewing machine threaded, I did not throw it through my glass back door!

| Impressive Elizabeth I'm proud of you for not throwing the machine through the door! I'm impressed that you attempted to make a dress, I am too chicken to even try and I can't even sew a button! When are you going to show us a picture? |
