| Paw Wax Ready for the snow? If you are worried about the salt, snow, and ice causing damage to your Yorkies paws.... and they won't wear boots.... try Paw Wax. We use it and have never had any problems. It can be found at most Pet supply stores or online.

| Thank you so much for mentioning this product. I am going to pass this along to my sister. She lives up north and is always having a time with her Chi's paws during the winter. She has not been able to find boots that he will keep on so maybe this will be enough protection to get him out for potty and back. I did not know it existed and since we have discussed her little guy's problem, I bet she hasn't either. Will send off an email right away. Thanks again!

| How does the wax work and what kind of weather does it work best in? Does it mess up the floor/furniture after the doggie comes inside?

| We haven't had any issues with the floor (carpet) or furniture, we don't put it on heavily.... just enough to coat the pads of their feet. Occasionally we will wipe their paws off with a towel.... but basically it is to remove any salt and dry their paws. It does recommend to wipe with a dry towel. So if you worry about it hurting flooring, it don't take but a minute. It conditions the pads of their feet nicely, too. I like giving them paw massages with it.

| Is this it? Amazon.com: Paw Guard: Kitchen & Dining I've never had issues, that I know of, with Jackson's paws but it's definitely something I will look into.
