| Teddy went overboard! Last night when Teddy was on the bed, he was scratching and apparantly lost his balance and went overboard. I heard a big thump. I just did not want to look for fear that I might find Teddy SPLAT on the floor. A few seconds later, he comes barreling back over, shook himself off, and went right back where he was. I am not sure if he saw stars or what, but he seemed ok. I gave him a little while and then took him downstairs to see if his coordination was ok etc. I swear he has rubber bones.

| Geez! I thought you were out on a boat somewhere! Peek a Boo has fallen IDK how many times. Once I accidently kicked him off the bed. He didn't wake up till he hit the floor! He was confused but fine. Then I was combing him out and he fell asleep and fell right off the swivel stool I had him on. We both fell asleep at the computer, him in my lap. I woke up feeling him sliding off my lap and boom onto the floor, but I was too disoriented to do anything. My poor little guy!

| We have had a couple of those "boom" moments.....generally it's poor little Houston. He likes to like his mom's toes at night if he can get to them....she moves and splat. I actually put pillows on the floor towards the end of the bed now. He tumbles off, but he has a softer place to land in the event that it happens.

| Haha... These all sound like Couver! We have a ramp at the end of the bed, but they still kinda have to jump up when they get to the top of it. I couldn't count the number of times that he has ran up it... and then splat! he face plants into the mattress. His sister on the other hand... is like a deer and can jump anything.

| I too imagined a boating accident! Then laughed when I read the bed-I really feel bad for that-sorry. Ugh! Elvis gives me a heart attack every time he dives off the bed! He has jumped over the back of the couch and done a flying squirell swan dive to the floor a couple times too. He has amazingly always landed on his feet and has yet to break a leg, hip or peel out on his chin. It is for this reason I don't generally allow dogs on my bed. My bed is raised so their beds are actually under mine...Princess has a crate next to it and Scoobers a crate on the far side in my room or a bed in my son's room-next to my sons bed (its his old wooden toddler bed my Grandpa made) so its large and raised. |

| OMG! When i saw the title of this thread i immediately thought about the time Penny jumped out of our boat and started swimming. I'm going to have to get a life jacket for that girl. |
