YT Addict | Dog Closet? I have this old entertainment center that I no longer use. I just realized when I passed it, that it could become a dog closet. It is just sitting in our basement with a broken TV on it. The reason I am posting this is to get ideas. This is what I was thinking: In the main part (where the doors are) I was going to put a basket or two then put shoes/boots, bows, a carrier, and some other things. On the top shelf I was just going to put anything that has to do with Yorkies (such as my Yorkie clay project I made in school, I post a picture of it once it's done) Then on the sides the shelves can come out, which is what I was trying to show in the picture where my hand is in the way. I was going to buy a dowel and make a hanger then just add hangers for the clothes. I was also going to paint it probably black so it will match my bedroom and paint the dowels pink. This design can change and that's what I need you for! Anyone have any suggestions for the design or the organization? I'm really sorry about the crappy picture quality, I took them with my phone. Donating YT 2000 Club Member | sorry I can't see the pics. I am doing something similar now. I saw previous post by several members that refinished cabinets and it inspired me. hopefully mine will be done tomorrow and I" post pics. Your ideas sound great!

| That's a great idea! You should do a search on this site and look at the closets and wardrobes that have been done. You should also google doggie wardrobes and doggie closets. You will get lots of ideas that way. This is one that Rachel did and it is darling! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...-wardrobe.html

Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | You could always keep the cabinet painted white and get some white baskets. Then you could line the baskets with coloured material.. this way if you ever get bored of the colour you could just take it out and add a new colour. Or paint the baskets a different colour I found alot of the decorations for Poppy's wardrobe on Ebay, try typing in wooden decorations and lots come up!
