| New to site Hi Everyone, I am new to this site and looking for all the information that I can gather. I get to pick up my new Yorkie baby on Dec. 20th. I am very excited but also wanted to be well prepared. I have thought about litterbox training. Any advice, help, suggestions. Right now I am a sponge and looking for any advice to soak up. Thanks in advance. |

| Hi there and welcome. I personally have just used the pee pads. I guess you can put them in a box, but I am not too crazy about the litter - they may eat it instead - and that wouldn't be good. Plus it sounds messier. Dogs tend to play around with things, so you may find an even bigger mess from the litter being scattered all around. Good luck to you. I know you will learn a lot on this site. I sure did.
