| I recommend the Skybox Pet Booster Car Seat for Dogs by Kurgo. I got it for $24.99 at TJ Maxx. I LOVE IT! Zoe likes it too http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...car-seats.html |

| I had that one and I returned it. The first time I put Roxie in it she somehow managed to get over the side and was being choked. I almost got into an accident because I panicked. I now have Top Paw™ Booster Seat - Sale - Dog - PetSmart, which isn't fantastic, but it's better than the first one. I keep the legs folded under. I have to be honest though, I don't take her too many places other than the vet, my parent's house, and Petsmart.

| I bought one and returned it. I got one that goes between the seats. I am not sure what type of car you have , but I like my girls sitting up high on the console. They get to see everything and then they can ride with us when my dh is in the car and not take up the other front seat. I got this one below about 3 yrs ago and have really gotten my money's worth. Just make sure it has a clip to clip to the harness. It runs about $50 but was so worth it. Mine is big enough to put both dogs in it of course i had to add a harness clip |

| I have a Pet Gear Booster seat -- this one: Pet Gear Medium Booster Car Seat (Interior Measures 10" x 14" ) | Overstock.com It is plenty big enough for two but I wish it was just a little deeper. It stays very secure in the car tho, the way the seat belt fits around it. It also doubles as a very nice bed inside. They seem to like it best of all the MANY beds I have around the house. If I had it to do again, I might buy the Snoozer lookout, just because it is a little deeper. I have not talked with anyone that did not like the Snoozers. The ones with straps that sort of hang, usually get negative marks in the long run. So -- either the Snoozer or the Pet Gear for stability and pet safety. They are more expensive but they last forever. BTW if you live in a cold clime, the Pet Gear comes in a heated model! I guess it works great and just plugs into the cig lighter. I chatted with someone a year or so ago who loved that feature. She plugged it in when she warmed up the car and her babies just cuddled down into the warmth.

OP....I've got one of those that hangs over the seat and didn't care for it near as much as I do the Pet Gear seat.

| I have never used on of those but I personally prefer a plastic enclosed carrier. They are so small that God forbid I were to ever get into an accident with them in the car they would be more protected this way. |
