Oh my YORKIE! Patrón finally has started to relax a little :) I just started finally being able to study for my mid-terms next week after trying to find something to deter him from barking at me for attention and I feel awful. But I do know too much attention is a bad thing. So I broke down and drove 30 miles and bought a "Bully stick" and it is amazing...He is so calm right now behind me while I am studying and chatting on YT Also, today is 15 weeks Here is a picture for your enjoyment http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b3...s/P1010196.jpg

He's in a prime chewing age... and will remain so for months. A supply of bully sticks (google them to find good buys) will be a big help. But you might want to lay in a supply of varied "chewies" in case he gets bored with bully sticks. And they won't substitute for attention, but they will help drain energy and that chewing urge. Do you have a Kong?

Do you stuff his Kong? I put in some kibble, some spray cheese, some kibble, some more spray cheese, and insert a Bully stick in the whole thing. Then freeze. Then give it to him. That will keep him chewing for a while!

Oh wow...that does sound like a treat. I might have to try that. Normally I just put a little bone in there

Right before you want to study take him for a decent walk, when you get back give him a kong or bully like everyone suggested... you're guaranteed a quiet and then sleepy puppy
