Senior Yorkie Talker | barking alot lately :( I'm sure Lexi barks for a reason. (Maybe the reason is because she's small, it's dark and she doesn't know whats out there) She mostly barks in the morning or night when it's still dark outside and I take her to go potty. What's a good way to prevent them from barking soo much outdoors without bribing them too much with treats?? Im scared she's gonna wake up the neighbours. Is there something that I can indicate to her to be quiet?

| I'm no expert... but maybe you could train her to use a chew toy? Maybe that way if she has the need to bark, she'll chew on the toy instead? |
