| APHIS inspection report Here is a May report on failure of USDA to protect breeding dogs in puppy mills. http://www.usda.gov/oig/webdocs/33002-4-SF.pdf and a link to an AVMA article regarding the report. Animal Care faulted for lax oversight of problem dog breeders

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | So sad. And more proof that someone who claims they are a good breeder because they have USDA oversight is trying to pull the wool over the eyes of an unsuspecting public.
