| Natural Defense users I have a question O.k...we've never had fleas but the little stray dog we brought inside was infested with them and now my girls have fleas and I am new at treating this stuff. I have natural flea shampoo or I can bathe them in Dawn or Polmolive...I also have the Natural Defense spot on treatment tubes and I have the Natural Defense flea spray. Petco was out of the ND shampoo and Big R carries some of their stuff but not the shampoo so I will have to use something else for now. Do I bathe and use the spot on plus the flea spray or do I just bathe and use the spot on product? If I use the spot on products do I even need the flea spray? Once I bathe them do I need to dry them before using the spot on product? I also have essential oils from the vet to spray them with on a daily basis but if I use the spot on product should I even use the essential oils? I don't want to over do this and hurt my fids. See...I really am new at this kind of stuff and I am embarrassed to say that I need some guidance but I will because my babies need to get rid of these things! | Also, do I bathe them and use the spot on the same day or do I have to wait? The spot on package says not to bathe for 24 hours but does that mean after you treat them? |
