| Brown around yorkie eye on the fur? I seen a yorkie today at petsmart. It was so cute wanted to take it. He had brown around his eyes.It was a blonde looking yorkie but around the eyes on the hair was brown so weird. Is that eye stains as it looked thicker on the inner corners and went around like eyeliner. She said her dog was 16 weeks so I just thought tear stains but don't know. Is this something I need to watch for when I get one?Is it healthy or a eye problem. Can it be cleaned? Thank You |

| I'm guessing what you saw was just eye gunk. It's the stuff that accumulates under their eyes from the tear ducts. I have to clean my twos eyes every few days. I just wet a wash cloth or pick it out of the corner of their eyes if it's still wet. Kleenex will become your best friend It's not a huge deal, and does not mean they are unhealthy.

Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | Yeah I think it was just eye gunk too. I have to clean Poppy's eyes every couple of days or it starts to really build up. I use pet eye wipes but you can just use a damp cloth.
