| Fynnlie is home. One week early. I got a call from the Breeders husband (l;'[-= 788ny758d <---- That was Fynnlie saying hello. ) Saturday night saying that his wife had been rushed to the hospital because she got an infection in her back and, not to be nasty, but there was puss just rolling out of the incision. He said that he was calling all of the buyers and asking them if there was any way that they could come and pick up the puppies as they didn't know how long she would be in the hospital. So, I have him here with me. He's all snuggled up and sleeping in his puppy bed. I can't tell you how good he's being. REALLY. He slept ALL night long. He's cuddly, he's snuggling with me, he's playing and chasing my Maine Coon. He did NOT like the food that the Breeder gave me. So, I had to make a run to the store this morning to get him some food. I got the Beneful Playful Puppy. He's LOVING it. I also go a little can of Ceaser wet food. I got the wet food because he's not drinking water. I called two vets about the water thing and they said that it's probably just because he's so excited about his new home and he's been through a lot in the last 48 hours. He has poopied, he has tinkled. He's running around, playing and now, FINALLY, he's sleeping. He does not seem lethargic at all. He's doing just fine. The only thing I'm worried about is him not drinking. The vets both said that I should give him some water through a dropper. Just a little, every two hours. I gave him the first bit and he was just fine with it. I took him out and he tinkled again. I'm exhausted already, haha.

| I personally think you'll do just fine with a 10 week old. That was about Tatum's age when we brought her home. We had some issues with her eating hard food out of her bowl but a few times of playing "chase the food" as we rolled it on the floor enticed her to try it more and she just did great from there on. All pups - regardless of their age - are going to need an adjustment period. Sounds like you're doing just fine. Congrats!

| Oh yea. He's a little bundle of chew/run/bite and it's precious. I am in love with him already and I have been since I picked him up! He's actually at work with me today... Hehe... *shifty eyes*
