| Dog trapped in hot car honks the horn Dog Trapped in Hot Car Honks Horn for Help - Paw Nation Most people know to NEVER leave their dog in the car in the warm weather but some people say that at 70 degrees it is ok. I read several articles that said the temperature in the car can rise 15-20 or more degrees in a matter of a couple minutes even with the windows open. This lady didn't do it on purpose but I mean really, how do you bring in the groceries and foget your dog?! We all need to double check before we leave the car. What an amazingly intelligent dog. He saved his own life.

| I saw this on the news a few days before.. i was shocked! I noticed how big that dog was and how awfully small that car was.. how can you forget he's even there? Such a sad story yet such an intelligent dog. |

| I heard about this this morning on the radio!!! Unbelievable!! I'm so glad he's ok. What I'd like to know is, how on earth do you forget about your baby?! I mean aren't you aware your pup isn't around the house?? Soooo sad....some people just should NOT be dog owners
