| OMG! Rare yorkie ad Here is the link: yorkshier terrier hairless back(rare) If that doesnt work, here is a copy of the ad. yorkshier terrier hairless back(rare) - $200 2 1/2 year old yorshier terrier needs new home. I have a boxer and she takes most of my energy. Yorker was the only born out of its liter without hair on its back. Just face, legs, and belly. She has all the basic shots but needs current ones. I omitted the phone number as it might be against rules to post Isnt a hairless yorkie a congenital defect and not a rare gem??? |

| Wow, too bad there isn't a picture. I would think that would be a defect too. Unless a Chinese Crested unknowingly mated with the mama dog too.

| Sounds like it might be a blue born. They can lose their hair. Yes they are rare, Thank God because they can have serious issues. |

| Im assuming the dog has been lacking in proper vet care because its 2 1/2 years old and is not up to date on shots. Poor dog....I sent them an email suggesting they place the dog with a rescue group who can adequately care for this dog and to notify the breeder that this is likely a "blue born" .....an experienced breeder should know this!! I hope they take my advice. I also hope nobody thinks they're getting a rare gem and end up with costly vet bills. |
