Speech problem…..anyone else???
I think I have a speech impediment – it started right after I got Bridget and was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. I can’t seem to say the “D” word. You know which one…d-d-d-o-o-o-o-….oh I just can’t do it. If anyone asks me if I have any animals – I always respond “ I have 3 cats and Bridget” or if asked if I have a dog – I find myself saying “I have a Yorkie” Do you think I’ve gone off the deep end???

Hahaha that's so funny you say that, I don't think I've ever once referred to Oliver as the ((GASP)) "D" word! I've always called him my baby or by just his name. Soo true!

This thread is too funny and so familiar. I have "girls, babies, furkids, furbutts, furbabies"....but i don't consider myself as have any of the "D" word...and one of my "girls" is a non-yorkie.
Love this!! I'm not alone!!!!!
As for that question about whether or not I have kids....I always reply "yes, 3 and 4 if you count the DH".

Well, they obviously don't believe they are d-o-g-s, so I don't refer to them as such, either.
