| Bella & Calvin So we picked up Bella on Monday and brought her home. She is a doll. She is so round and fluffy. Sometimes when she is on her back she can't get back up...lol...My little Calvin has become a bully. I can't believe that my sweet little boy turned into such a bully. He is very aggressive with her and I get nervous that he could hurt her. Sometimes I think he bites her. Sometimes she goes right back at him and at other times she tries climbing up my leg to get away from him. Right now she is sleeping on my desk because she needed a break from him. I know its going to take time for them to get used to one another. I feel bad scolding at him because he was the only baby for a while and so spoiled. I try to give him attention first, etc. but when he is so aggressive with her I feel like she needs to be rescued. I am loving them both and they are cute together when he is being nice to her. |

| Congrats on your new baby, Bella!! I'm sure Calvin is just testing you and Bella and that it will take a little time but then they will be brother and sister!! I have 8 babies right now and it was an adjustment for everyone, every time a new baby came home!! They all react differently and need time to adjust. I use the word "friend" all the time. When they see their other dog friends at the park I say, "There's your friend". Then when we got new puppies, I would say to them, This is your new "friend" and they would wag their tails. I would use the word when they were being nasty too and they would stop being a bully and then start wagging their tail again!! Hopefully it will work it self out soon. Good Luck!!
