| new here Hi, I new here and am sad today. I have rescued alot of cats and kittens but not dogs because I had a handicap daughter that past away three yr. ago at the age of 28. My other daughters said she was spoiled rotten, which she was. Anyways about 1 1/2 yr. I got a 10 week old yorkie pup that was real sick. The vet said he did not know what was wrong with it. Her body temp was real low and she could not go out side for weeks. She choked all the time. she slept next to me and I would wake up 3 or 4 times a night to help her. To make a long story short she now is 12lb. and is the apple of her daddys eye. Well for the last yr. my DSIL and I have been trying to get a boston terrier away from this guy who was keeping this poor thing in a cage all the time. Last sunday he finally gave him to my DSIL but she could not keep him having 4 dogs herself and city law she could only have 3. I said bring him up to me. She walked him in yesterday and I know something was wrong with him. I called my vet who siad to take him to hospital 20 miles away. I did and called this morning and he had pasted away last night. When my DSIL said at least he had two days of freedom I almost hit her. But my Annabelle has helped a lot today to bring smiles to my face. Sorry so long but I think I just had to vent. |
