| Lazy Yorkie?!? Does anyone else have a lazy yorkie?!? Ours sleeps ALL day long and will happily lounge on the couch day and night. She comes when she is called, we do training sessions with her, and she runs and sniffs around outside plenty.... but man, she is a lazy bum inside!!!!

| I'm not complaining, here, but my Charlie is a fair bit lazy. He's five months, and he's just not like normal hyperactive puppies. If you initiate play with him, he loves it. Loves his walks, too. But if I didn't budge all day, neither would he. He's just content to be wherever I am or my daughter is. He's less interested in my boys. |

| My yorkie shaffer is lazy and likes to sleep in would sleep until noon if i let him, my friends all joke if he were any slower he would be in a coma. So funny how each one is totally different my other dog was up at 6 out for a walk by 610 and had more energy than 3 dogs. |

| Oh yeah, my girl is super lazy. Came home at 12 wks, very calm, laid back girl, not a barker. To give her credit, we took a week off when we got her, but the following week it was back to my office, as I work from home, she had no choice but to learn to lay around all day during that time. Now, come 5:00 she is ready to PLAY. She's a good girl, 1 1/2 July 25th and still the same....LAZY. Although, there are times I wonder if she ok...well...should she be more hyper etc.

| Kimbo is super lazy too. He will sleep until I wake up without bothering me. No matter what time that may be. When we tell friends that we have a yorkie, we always get the same response, "Oh I bet he runs around like crazy all day." Uh, nope.

| I have the world's laziest yorkie.....okay she's 9 yrs old but she is still lazy. But I will admit, she takes after her mama.....a bona fide couch potato. My Brandi is so lazy that she flops down not lay down. And when I try to stand her after waking her from a deep sleep, she's like a raggedy ann doll. Can't get any lazier than that. Oh the other thing when she gets tire of walking when I take her out, she will just stop walking. Then I have to go a pick her to get back home. Do you think she has me trained? |

| Nah, it's not laziness it's energy conservation. Our babies are just very environmentally aware, right up there with flourescent bulbs and hybrid cars |

| How old is your little one? Mine is two and a half, but he runs around like a puppy all the time. I like to say he has two speeds: on and off. Maybe he acts a little lazier when I am at work...but the toys spread all over the floor when I get home say otherwise I keep thinking he will slow down and get lazier as he gets older...

| If I left Cooper alone during the day he would probably sleep straight from 9-5pm. But at 5pm, when everyone else is tired he'll play right up until bed time. I guess it's just boredom. As lazy as he is, he'd probably chase a ball from 9-5 also.

| Now that Lizzy is almost three, will be next week, she seems more laid back, but it's also very hot. BUT, she does get the zoomies, where she runs circuits around the house. She gets the the IG puppy I have going, but do you wonder who can get around the house faster? Lizzy can take shortcuts under things and turn tighter than Tandy (I'm trying out new names for her).
