No Longer a Member | Anyone Else With One of These? The kind of yorkie that "patiently" waits for you to brush out off the the tangles from his face, then procedes to rub his face up and down his legs until its all wild and tangled again? Then you have to catch up with him again, get him still and try again, just to get the same results? I swear, much more of this and Rizzo will get a "high and tight", lol, j/k he'd look too much like a chi without his cute fur...none-the-less, he's driving me insane. If it wasn't so cute |

| Haha! That's funny you posted this because my furbaby does the same thing! He LOVES to be brushed and I'll get his face looking so clean and cute...then as soon as I let him go run around he's rolling around and rubbing his face with his paws! He's too cute though

| Tinkerbell does the same thing. She sits patiently while I brush her hair and put her topknot in, then starts wrestling with the other dogs until her hair is all messed up again and the topknot falls out. I can't stand that hair down in her eyes, so we have to start all over again. |

| Is it bad to give a boy yorkie a top knot? I absolutely LOVE them but I do have a little boy lol so I wasn't sure. He's still too little and his hair isn't even long enough yet but hopefully soon I can start styling him!

| OMG! You've must of met Brandi. You have described her to a tee. She will sit there patienly as she loves to be brush. If I wanted to I good brush Brandi all day and she will let me. But the second i am done, she starts rolling on the floor and rubbing up against the couch. It's like I never even brushed her. Topknots.....forget it. They don't last 10 minutes. Right now she needs a haircut and poor thing I don't know how she is able to see but hairpins don't stay in very long. Do I have a tomboy or what? |

| Hot Rod will do that! I will spend a half hour just bonding and grooming him and putting his hair up in a topknot and he'll jump down and rub his head against the floor! lol, sometimes I've even given up and given in and took the band out and let him go au naturale.

| I used to brush my Jewels hair then put in her topknot and the first thing she would do afterwards would be rub her head all over the floor and end up looking like a hooligan. So I stopped doing the topknots.

No Longer a Member | lol, it's too funny that others have the same thing happening. I do put a "top knot" in, it doesn't last long, but he leaves it alone for a little longer each time I put one in. So I dont think its a problem putting one on a boy, though my bf has other thoughts on that |

No Longer a Member | lol, here is a pic with the clippies that he doesn't mind too much. I think they're made for little kids, but they work I just have to take them off if I wont be around him. I worry that he'll get them off and then consume them, he's so good at eating things that he shouldn't. |

No Longer a Member | Yeah, loved the puppy phase, the only part I didn't like was how much Rizzos puppy fur got tangled up...It was like I was brushing him every 2 hours and still couldn't keep up with the tangles. Eventually I gave up and chopped it all off, and now he is soft and coming in with a nice silver color |

| Trudy has to be combed out twice. After the first round she then loves to drill her entire head into the soft bathroom mat. Then we do round two for the top knot. If I don't let her fix her own hair after the first time, then she tries really hard to fix it after! |
