| Is it too soon for #2? Kobe turned 1 in May, I'm thinking of getting another puppy. Kobe gets all my attention, is it too soon to get another one? Will he get jealous? How can I love another dog as much as I love him? Dh said I could, I just need to decide.

| I think it would be an excellent idea. I got Tessie in May 09 ( Mothers Day Surprise), then we got Hobbes, a little boy in June 09. She is still the Princess but loves having her friend. Could't resist so when Hobbes doggie mom and dad had another litter we got Calvin in November 09. They all get along very good and love each other. Good Luck

| I think a year apart is a great idea! My Mia is 4 and Max is 3. I like having a boy and a girl because they are so different while being so alike! We just try to make sure that we keep the pack order the way we got them. Like Mia gets her treat first, then Max. Good Luck and post pictures when you get one.

| I personally think it's a good time. They will both be close enough in age that they will enjoy playing with each other but yet far enough apart that at least you are not housebreaking two at a time. But really only you can decide but I say, go for it! |
