| New meaning to the word: Transformation Not sure if someone already posted this... It's cute to look at but I don't think I'd ever do anything like that to my puppy. What do you guys think? Meet the Tiger Dog: Chinese owners dye pets to look like wild animals | Mail Online |

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | I guess it's not any more strange than putting clothes on a dog. I just can't imagine any of mine sitting still long enough to do it though. I'd be worried about the safety of the dyes, though. |

| It's really cute, but I agree with the above poster that the dyes could be worrisome. It also seems a little mean-ish to the dog to sit through just to get their fur dyed. That being said, it is cute... especially those chow-pandas |

| Don't forget, they're most likely using dyes made in China. But the pandas are soooo cute! the groomers did a very good job, however, I would not do that to my Uni. The dogs probably don't really care, other than staying at the groomers all day, but afterward I'm sure they'll be fine. Those dogs are probably way pampered. The owners of those dogs in China that are able to afford to do something like that are very wealthy I'd bet.

| This is cute, but they forgot to do the eyes. Might be a good thing though. I'd be worried about getting so close to the eyes. LOL at 0:25!

| I wonder how long the dye lasts. If it isn't made in China, and if it lasts longer than Clairol, I might be interested...for me!

| The dyes in the Pet Edge catalog say they are non toxic and semi permanent gel dyes. I guess like Manic Panic hair dye. I used to use that stuff and boy was it a pain to get the color bright. But then again, I started out with a head full of black hair. Trying to get it purple was really hard.
