| Oh NOOOOO!! I think I've found her Owners?! So, as some of you know I found Molly (that's what I named her) a couple weeks ago. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...nd-yorkie.html I put ads out on craigslist and the newspaper, and called the shelters. Well, I just got a call from a woman and she described Molly to a tee! Her 'actual' name is "Little Mommy" I asked her how she lost her..and she said her boyfriend took the dog out and put her on top of the hood of the car and was talking with some friends and didn't notice she had jumped off the hood, and ran off... She said she had a reward out for her (which I dont want) and said that they'd given up on finding her, and already had gone and put a deposit down on another one and have already named it... I'm really sad about this... |

I am afraid I don't understand why you are SAD?? OMG.. just imagine how HAPPY her real owners are! and how HAPPY she will be to be reunited with them. That should make you extremely happy. I know you have grown to love her... but you always KNEW she belonged to someone who WAS looking for her. I am thrilled that she will be going home where she belongs and obviously is loved.

As much as I want her for myself, I'm glad I've found the rightful owners.

| Aww...I can only imagine how hard this must be. I know that it doesn't take long to bond with these little ones and I know you love her by reading thru your previous posts. Although I know it's not much consolation, everything happens for a reason and maybe God was just preparing your life and heart for another yorkie in the near future! Try to stay positive and do whats best for 'Molly.' MAYBE, since you won't accept the reward, the owners will allow visitation? LOL... You did a wonderful thing by taking her in and loving her. I'm sure that you're perfect companion is out there and this will get the ball rolling in a new search for her. Good luck & God bless!

| I understand why/how you can be so sad. From your other posts, I could tell that you'd already gotten attached to her and had done so much for her. You were this little girl's guardian angel. But, I'm thrilled for 'Molly' if she gets reunitied with her family. They must've been heartbroken to lose her. I would be disturbed by how she was lost, too, but accidents happen to all of us. As far as them already putting a deposit down on another pup - I totally understand that. When my Becca passed unexpectedly 2 years ago I was devestated without her. I brought Chelsea home by week's end and I've never regretted it....she brought laughter & joy back into my house when it was needed most. Thank you so much for taking care of this little girl. Even if you don't accept their monetary reward, you will be blessed for your actions! Hugs, Bonny

it's just that when I was talking to this woman I was telling her how I take her for walks, we have playtime, I've taken her to the vet, etc..she didn't seem to interested in all that. She asked if she could see her today, and I told her I was in Cincy (45min away) and she said, "ok we'll I'll try to get over there tomorrow" I guess I just didn't hear that 'sigh of relief" coming from her.. Ok..maybe i'm gonna stop going on and on about this... Depending on how big it is, donating to this site won't be such a bad idea. I could also help me save up for my own yorkie too.

| What a great thing! You have found done great things by her and now to help her to be reunited with her family... maybe you could adopted the new baby as your reward! And have your own Molly!
