Donating YT 11K Club Member | Guys and little dogs Does your sig. other bathe, walk, play with your yorkie? I usually do the bathing, grooming, dressing up, etc but my bf is having bonding time with Teddy and he was giving him a bath which I rarely see him do and I just found it sooooo sexy and cute! haha He also takes him to the dog park and Teddy loves it! He goes crazy at the dog park because there is so much room for him to run. It's def. nice to see them bond.

| Lexi was mainly my boyfriend's yorkie. And my man's like 5'10 so when he plays with her, it was the sweetest thing in the world. He bathed her, combed her, even had clothes for her. Lexi was spoiled by him and I loved it.

| My DBF was really not thrilled when I took Roxie in. He claims he's not a dog person. However, it didn't take long for him to come around. He walks her more than I do now, plays on the floor with her, and when I go upstairs I hear him talking to her And she just LOVES him!

| My husband loved our dogs; their antics kept him amused and he loved the kisses. They helped keep him alive. It always brought tears to my eyes and a lump to my throat to see them... I'd post a pic, but apparently they're too large. But trust me on this: he sure did love those little dogs. |

| I feed Maxine and Carlo, walk Carlo, and will carry maxine on her mile walks (she walks a block and gets carried for 7 blocks). I do not bath or groom her. My wife does that, but I will take her to the Groomer for a cute and wait for her when my wife is busy. I never have mastered the bows, dresses, etc. Carlo is easy.....leash and lets go. Sort of like the difference between a man and a woman getting ready to go out. If we start at the same time, I am done, and can read the paper, cut the grass, sweep the garage, check the oil and clean the windows in the car, and I still wait another 10 minutes on top of that. She will then ask...HOW DO I LOOK? I say the same you did an hour ago, but now you have a bit of lipstick on. Ok ladies, bring it on! |

| My husband does a lot with our fur babies except bathe them. He never did want a doggie in the house, but he couldn't help but fall in love with them. Yorkies are just irresistible. |

| Funny you mention this.... My nephew, age 23 and his roommate, age 21, went to a kill shelter wanting to rescue a dog. They were thinking about getting a pitbull and walked out with a 2 y/o chihuahua! They did such a great job choosing the sweetest dog. I'm so proud of them! Today I spent 3 hours with my nephew. He wanted to learn the proper way to introduce his dog and said he wanted our Guinness to be his first. He had so many questions- nutrition, treats, insurance, grooming, bugeting and starting a saving account for the dog, training, supplies etc., it just came rolling out of his mouth nonstop. I'm meeting him this weekend. On Saturday, he wants to check out our dog training club. On Sunday, we're shopping for supplies which includes getting better dog food.

I can't begin to tell you how this experience has touched me. My nephew will not have a problem admitting he can be somewhat self centered, loud and obnoxious, but there he was, all 220 lbs. of him- gentle, tender and loving towards this little dog. The last thing he said/asked before he left... I want to be a good dog owner, do you think I can be one?

| My DH LOVES Bailee. He works from our home so he gets to be with Bailee all day. Brent takes him to the bank and anywhere he goes during the day while I am at work.
