| Having a nightmare few days I wonder do yorkies have 9 lives - I am a nervous wreck. I had friends call in last nite and one if them picked up maisie. She doesn't have dogs, just a cat. When she was putting maisie down she just let go, assuming she would jump and land on her feet. Surprise surprise she didn't. Feel sick at the thought of it. She landed on her back on a tiled floor. She got up as normal and acted normal. I couldn't get it out of my head tho. I kept observing her to check she was acting normal. She seems ok tonight, I keep pressing her ribs etc to make sure there are no pains. Then after that last nite she got stuck between the bars of a stair gate we have. She was very distressed and my hubby couldn't get her out-he had to bend the metal bars to free her. She is into everything and has me a nervous wreck. |

| Wow! That person wouldn't be allowed to pick up my yorkie again! I hope she really is ok. That's really awful. About getting stuck between the bars...perhaps you should rethink the gate you use and get something with narrowed bars? Good luck and I hope things get better.

| They certainly are a handful. Hopefully Maisie's (and yours) next week will be better

| Some of these little dogs do think they are invincible, don't they? Little kamikaze dogs.
