No Longer a Member | Anti-Snooze Puppy Just curious, does anyone else have an puppy with no patience for snoozing? As soon as Rizzo hears my alarm go off, and I turn on the snooze, he gives me 30 seconds to start walking towards his crate, then he begins to yip. Gosh, doesn't he realize that my body thinks 430 is too early and 5 more minutes would be great? Kind of curious how he'll be once I start letting him sleep in my room...(still too young, and his late night chewing on toys wakes me up, occasionally I forget that I put a squeak one in there and he'll still wake me up from the living room, lol) |

| I have one of those! Molly sleep on my bed, so as soon as the alarm goes off, she starts licking my face! I try and hide under the duvet, but she thinks its a game and always manages to tunnel her way under to find me! I thought when we went to british summer time, she would sleep longer, but no such luck! I wouldnt have it any othet way though. Ive had to start going to bed earlier, so i can get up early at weekends too, as Molly hasnt worked out that you are meant to get up at lunchtime on a saturday...lol

| I'd be surprised if anyone has a yorkie that does snooze. I've never had one.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | OMG - it sounds like my house - we've just recently started letting Bridget sleep with us and she has less patience now than when she was in her room. She doesn't even wait until the alarm goes off...4:30 and one of us gets a tongue up the nose!!!! EWWW!!!!!! Oh and yes the squeek toys and chew toys...it seems she has one hidden in every room, so I never seem to find them all. Lets not forget the 3 cats that also sleep on the bed - she tortures them too!!! What have I started!!!! LOL!!! We're going to need a new room and bed for us - sure puts a stop to any night time cuddling that doesn't include "fur-kids"!!!

| Charlie isn't too bad. He's four months old. During the week, my alarm goes off around 5:15 a.m. so I can have a little coffee before getting the kids up. I put the coffee on and Charlie does his business. Then I get him some breakfast. By then it's time to start waking the kids. He eats and I try to get the kids moving. Two leave at 7 am. He'll usually follow me around while I pick up the kitchen. Then I have another kid that goes out to school a little after 8:00 a.m. Once Sean leaves, I get another coffee and Charlie and I go back to bed. I'll drink my coffee and play on the computer (and occasionally doze off again.) He'll either sleep on the bed beside me or he'll lie down next to my bed or go to his bed. (He sleeps in my room usually in the doggie bed but sometimes in with me. I've never crated him. He's actually pretty mellow all day while the kids are at school. He does follow me wherever I go. I'm out of work on a medical leave and I'm in a lot of pain, so we don't do much. I talk to him and sometimes he's up on my lap. If I go down cellar to do laundry, he'll wait at the top of the stairs. When the kids get home, they get him more riled up. They'll play ball with him and he hangs around them most of the rest of the day. He goes to bed whenever I do. Sometimes it's as early as 8:00 p.m. Sometimes, if he doesn't want to settle down, he'll come beside the bed and bark. He'll usually bark 3 times, and then I pick him up, give him a cuddle, and tell him, "Nope, bed." Then he stays put. He's a really easygoing dog. He just goes with the flow of whoever he's with. |

| Pixie isn't a snoozer. She has me up at 5:30 am. that is 15 minutes before the alarm even goes off. I take her out and she does her thing and then back to bed. But as soon as the alarm goes off she is up and it is time to play. This only happens during the week days. On the weekend we don't set an alarm, but she still gets up at 5:30 am. and will go back to bed for about an hour more and that is it.

| Gypsy is a snoozer. We turn the tv off at 10 most nights and she is ready for bed. She will bark at us till we go to the bedroom. Jim's alarm goes off at 6 30 am. The girls will just snuggle on down in the covers and watch him get ready for work. I am usually up late reading cause I do not have to go to work till at least 2 pm and due to pain I have, it is difficult to sleep. When my alarm goes off I say time to go and Gypsy and Puff will go run to my office where they stay when we are gone. Sophie will go to her cage and wait for me to shut the door. But they will stay snoozing till I am ready to get up. They are def snoozers.

| Mine sleep with me and they hear the alarm, and if I hit the snooze they know we are not getting up yet, but then they stare at me and bark if I move my eyes or anything. Sometimes I will play and peek and then close my eyes again. Vicky sits on top of me and stares at me. But when I turn off the alarm (a much quieter sound than hitting the snooze) they know it's time to get up and everyone is on the floor in an instant.
