♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Yipee! last baby tooth out at 1 yr 10 mths I am so happy that at last Tias last baby tooth has come out tonight and she is going to be 2 in July! At the time of her spay none needed removing . The others came out quite quickly but just 1 upper canine stayed put and the vet wanted to put her under 6 mths ago to get it out. There was no way I was going to risk her going under for one tooth so I religously brushed her teeth 3 times a day to keep it clean. just a week ago though it started to discolour and I thought ok lets get her back to the vet.Low and behold I noticed she was very grumpy today ( so unusual for her) didn't eat much and then when I went to brush her teeth this morning it was hanging on a thread! a bit of tug of war with her brother and it plopped out. Sorry guys ,I just had to share.Anyones elses baby, have a baby tooth in for as long?

| Cool, glad it came out on it's own. Had to have sofas pulled because of crowding. |

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Thats the thing , it seemed to have its own space , there wasn't a tooth behind it at all. I guess my little girl is a grown up now lol

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Wow, you're a great mama brushing that tooth 3 times a day! Lol, that's got to be a record in itself. That reminds me of this video!

| I was just thinking the same thing. I bet you were both glad to get that tooth out of there.

| Glad to hear your good news! Kimbo had several baby teeth pulled when he was neutered @ 6 months old. The vet left 3 in because he still needed them. Now, those 3 adult teeth have come in and the baby ones are still there! 2 of them look discolored and loose. One looks like it isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
