♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | how often do you get your baby groomed? Olly is a rescue and Im really not sure how often I need to get him groomed. When I got him I was told he had recently been done but 5 wks on and he is really long and tangles are starting to appear. He is booked in for May 7 but Im not sure when to make his next appointment after that and want to book it as Ive heard shes an excellent groomer . Any ideas?

| We usually groom around 6-7 weeks with baths in between! We keep ours short in puppy cuts!

| I'm letting Chloe grow longer (not sure how long yet...) and she gets trimmed about every 3 months or so. I just keep an eye on her toenails and when they start to get too long, I make an appointment. I'm just too chicken to trim her nails!! Our groomer just trims her up all over to keep her looking "neat", does her face, feet and bum. It's nice not having to go to the groomer's as often as I did when I kept my poodle in short cut. -C

| I have Sophie groomed about every 6 to 7 weeks and bath her myself every week to 10 days in between depending on the season. I brush her hair, wash her face and brush her teeth every day. It helps that I keep her hair rather short.

| I get Olive done about once a month, but that might slow down to 6-7 weeks once we get a second |

| Mine go to the groomer every 8 weeks... in between I bathe every two weeks and do some upkeep on my own (trimming by their eyes, sanitary area, etc.)

| It typically ends up being every 8-10 weeks. I keep him pretty short most of the time. In the winter, I drag it out between groomings a little bit more.

| eh...whenever I feel like it, haha. I'm too cheap to pay $40 for a haircut for each of my 4 and 5.5 lb dogs, so I do it myself. I will typically cut their hair every 2 to 3 months, depending on the season and such. most of the time they're kept in puppy cuts, but during the winter I let it grow out.

| Troy goes every 4 weeks. Just the same day every month. His hair is long but not so long it's unmanageable. He does get a bath once a week while home too. |

| Abby gets groomed every 6 weeks, but she needs it at 4 weeks. She gets a little wild looking before her next appointment and her toenails get a little sharp. Her next appt. is May 7 and I think I will get her cut short this time, so maybe she won't be as shaggy. I'm not sure how I want her trimmed but probably short (not shaved) all over and leave a topknot. |
