| Dry, Peeling Belly Muffy is one year old and she has a dry belly. It peels a little bit. The only reason I could think of for her doing this is possibly her flee pill that she takes each month. Has anyone else experienced this? is there something I could put on it to make it moisturized? |

| Now do nopt laugh, but I heard that you can wash her belly with "Head and Shoulders" For flaking and dry skin, rinse. Not sure about moisturizers, but the active ingrediants are food for the peeling and dlaking. Tegran (SP) is another one. |

| You are right, I've used Selsun Blue, Head and Shoulders. But, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. Follow with a good clairfying shampoo and a mosturizing conditioner. But, first and foremost. Treat from the inside out....Omega 3, Omega 6 in the diet. Flax Seet Oil is a good supplement. But, keep in mind we're just getting out of winter, where those heaters, icy cold air can play havoc on a dogs skin.
