| Non-sensicle nicknames for your Yorkie? Prior to having Poppy, I've always had cats. Always. Poppy is my first dog. I love her so much. I always ended up somehow giving my cats nicknames that sort of don't make any sense. They start off making sense, then morph into something that doesn't make sense. Does anyone else do this? For example: I started calling Poppy "Boujie" a couple of months ago and it somehow morphed into "Booshis" and now my husband and I both call her Booshis...and I'll say things like "Booshis Boo...little you...I love you, yes I do!"...I also call her "Bitty" a lot. I have no idea why. I never expected one of my crazy nicknames to catch on with my husband, as the cat ones rarely do, but he's so in love with the dog "Booshis" really caught on. I am a CRAZY lady!!!! Anyone else have nicknames that kinda don't make any sense?!

| I have silly names for my babies too. When we are playing I always call Bogie...Bogerz-n-Bogerz while I am chasing him with his ball. Jada's nickname when we are playing is Jady-z a boo boo. Jada is also sissy and sister and girlfriend, and Bogie is also bubby. It's a wonder they even know what there names actually are. They know all their nicknames too.

| Yes, all of ours have slowly been given odd nicknames too. So it's not just you. Trixie is called Waggybottoms have the time because when she gets excited she shakes her whole butt. Lexi my daughter called Lexi Loo then Lexi Loo Loo, and now we all just call her Loo-Loo half the time. Chipsie gets called a myriad of things--Chichers, Chits... Flash we call Plash sometimes because when we got her that's how my kid pronounced her name. Cody we call Woe or Misser Woe half the time and I have NO IDEA why. Kasey my dad calls Kase-Kase. |

| Sadie's full name is Mickey's Steel Blue Mercedes AND Mercedes Graciella so from those she's taken on Sadie Grace some of the time, but there are more wacky ones like: Sadie burger and Sadie burger with cheese Rat dog Saday (sung to the music of Lady by Stix) Sexy Sadie (Beatles song her name came from partly) Sadie Pie Sadie britches fluff butt stink dog (mommy's fav) We actually use her name in just about every song that has a two syllabul name or the word "baby" or "lady" in it. Ex: Sadie come back....(baby come back), Sadie in red...(Lady in Red) |
