| Where do you take your yorkie? I was just wondering where you guys take your yorkies when you run errands. Can you take them to the supermarket, or the mall? If you have those cute puppy totes, where are you allowed to take the pup? I'd hate to go to the grocery store with a pup and be told that they're not allowed! I know that different places are different, but I'd think that chain stores would have the same rules. Also, if any of you have had embarrassing situations about bringing your pup anywhere, please share (if you want) so that others don't make the same mistake! Thanks! |

| We dont take them every where. But we do take them on walks and car rides, but not for long rides. they do tend to get car sick if we go to far. I take them to my moms and some times to visit the breeder. |

| You can't take them anywhere there is food. I take mine for car rides, visits to friends, the office, and Petsmart. That's it, except for the vet.

| I don't know if it's technically allowed... but I work in a high end department store and I see people with small dogs all the time. I wouldn't advise putting them down though as the floors tend not to be cleaned as regularly as they should. |

| My fiance owns a restaurant, so we take her to work with us. Of course she doesnt have free roam of the place-we keep her in the backoffice in her playpen. She loves it! |

| Anywhere that the health dept inspectors would not have a fit! That would include anywhere that serves food or has medicines (my work). I do take my little ones to Target, Lowes, Barnes & Noble, Staples, Best Buy, post office, or anywhere else that comes up that I would like to take 'em to. They just LOVE to go with me.

| i was really mad that my friends puppy was not able to go inside a make-up store with her! they said it was absolutely unsanitary that the dog is there. I was thinking in my head, the dog is not on the floor sniffing people's @$$'es.. but whatever, I usually bring mine out for errands to target or to the bank and car rides. because it's hard to bring all three. |

| I Try? I try to take Ruby everywhere but so far Only petstores, the mall and office depot and ofcourse Cost plus World Market which is where I work. I was going to take her to target once but I decided to call before actually taking her and they said they only allow service dogs. So i ended up not taking her so that they wouldn't kick me out. by the way the Modesto mall doesn't allow pets. I took Ruby and to my luck right when i was heading out i was told they don't allow pets but they officer who told me was very nice about it and she even pet my baby. How do you other members take your babies to target |

| My husband and I just went on a 7 days roadtrip to NJ, NY and DC. Winston went everywhere with us. I just put it in his carrier and zip it up. He is pretty good in staying quiet. We even went into restaurants and ate. |
