| Coyotes in Manhattan Yup I just heard on the news that there are coyotes in New York City. Please, please be careful walking your babies.

Thor's Human Donating Member | ??? They must be in the outer boroughs? I can't imagine a coyote walking down Madison Avenue!

| that is scary... in the City? We have them here in the Austin area too. It was on the news last night how they are coming in peoples yards and taking off with their pets. One family found their dogs ate up in a field behind their house. So many pets are missing. They said it was because of too much suburban building.

| We have them all over California. They mostly come out at dusk looking for food. I've seen them walking down the street and going to the elementary school (cuz kids throw away lunch stuff in the trash cans so they get food from there). So if any of you bring your dogs to a school to let them run around I wouldn't do it around dusk because the come out at that time.

| I've heard of WOLVES in New York, but never coyotes! How strange that they are moving into urban areas, yet out here where they belong, we hardly ever see them (we can hear them at night out in the country) |
