| weird.... I dropped saline cracker on the floor & allie picked it up before I could get to it, she started pacing around with it in her mouth whining softly. She did this for about 10 minutes , me being a nervous nellie got one of her treats to get her to drop the cracker, finally she did and now everything is back to normal. Just wondering why she acts this way... |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Missy used to do this when she got something was not supposed to have! She was looking for a good hiding spot! Now that she has her favorite hiding spots all figured out, she doesn't do it anymore. Hope this helps!

| Sophie would do that when she was looking for a place to hide a brand new toy. I think they whine because they are so worried about losing it. If I didn't take it from her before she went out to the backyard she would bury it and dig it up again and look for other places to hide it. They're so funny

| I get it now!! It make so much sense cause I'm always on the lookout for her picking up things she shouldn't have, with kids they always leave things laying around... |

| Twinkie does the same thing. She wants to hide it, because she knows she can't have it and then she will go back to her hiding spot and think she's gotten away with something. I let her play this little game and when she thinks she has won, I take it away. It's never anything major. She likes to do this with my socks and her brothers treats. What a stinker! |

| Jada does this with a new toy or a new Himalayan or antler. I don't even give her hard type treats because she will pace herself to death to find the perfect hiding spot, which usually ends up being in plain site in a corner somewhere.

Yorkie Yakker | My Harley is 5 months old now. I've just started noticing that he's doing that too!. With socks, chew bones, anything he wants to hide. At first it scared me. Glad to know he's just frustrated trying to find a good hiding place. |

| I always use to laugh at Zeus and his attempts to hide stuff in plain site. Well he proved me wrong. I was dusting in back of the TV last week and I moved some stuff I normally don't and there hidden was a bully stick that went missing before Christmas! How he got back there was beyond me! I was pretty impressed with his new skills. |

| Ella does this alot. Mainly w/ bully sticks. She'll carry them around forever trying to find a place to stash it so us humans won't get to it. It is kind of odd.

| you're lucky she was just trying to find a hiding place!!! The other day I was visiting at my parents' house (they live like 20 mins from my house), and I had to go to the bathroom, and I didn't let the boys go in with me, cause that's annoying. In less than a minute, they had shredded up a foam football that belonged to my brothers - OH MY GOSH!!! Seriously, it was SO fast. If Tank finds a tissue or paper on the ground, it's shredded within seconds of his finding a good spot to shred it...If they would just haul it around with them, I would have zero issue with them getting into stuff, haha!
