| yorkies on deathrow, do you have a shelter yorkie Hi everyone sorry i haven't been on here for a long time, i hope you and the little furry ones are all well I haven't been on here as i have been setting up rescue/shelter groups on facebook for dogs needing homes and dogs on death row in kill shelters I have come across some yorkies in the kill shelters which brakes my heart even more than seeing all the other breeds I was wondering how many of you have shelter/rescue yorkies? In the uk we have a very good forum for are dog rescues to use so dogs can find homes a lot easier, i was wondering if the usa have a main forum that the shelters use to show there dogs? ps if anyone would like a link to my facebook groups then please message me as i am not sure if i can put them on here

Donating YT 30K Club Member | That's a great thing you are doing. I just took in a 13 plus male yorkie from a lady who lived in the same senior bldg as my Dad. She had gotten Nikki as a rescue 2 years ago and now she had a stroke so I said I would take him. I also volunteer at a no kill shelter and it is so sad to see them when they first come in but the saddest is the ones who were adopted and then brought back months or years later.

| yorkies in kill shelters Some folks just don't believe that a yorkie can be in a kill shelter..or abandoned ...or abused.... IT HAPPENS EVERYDAY!!!.... Bless you for trying to promote adoptions of shelter dogs and cats .... That little puppy is so adorable, but somewhere is a wonderful little yorkie that will be gassed or killed less humanly ..... please, please, consider a shelter dog or contact a yorkie rescue..yorkierescue.com roxanne
