| Not interested in Himalayan Chew?? We got our first delivery of Himalayan Chews on Friday. Maisie has chewed at it a bit, but is more interested in chewing anything else she can get. Toby has not been interested at all! Is this normal?? Have I just wasted my money? Both love bully sticks, though Toby isnt interested until Maisie has softened it a bit for him. Maybe the Himalayans are too hard?

| Both of mine were not interested either. Just, sniffed and left it until I scratched up one end a little and they got a taste. Now they take them to bed with them.

| It took Jackson a few hours of it sitting around before he went and chewed on it. Now he loves them! At first, he walked around crying trying to bury it, lol. Once he started chewing, he realized how good it was. He loves cheese in general though. I love them too because they don't smell like bully's and they last us 3 weeks.

| I bought 6 Himalayan Chews for Piper. I thought this would be perfect choice for a treat because she loves bully sticks and goes through them very quickly. She is not interested at all in chewing the Himalayan Chew. I'll have to try cutting the end of the chew and them maybe Piper will realized that it's a yummy treat and not something to carry around once in awhile.

| I wish my Cooper was a little less interested in them. I bought them for my two and she had hers down to a nub in no time! Maddie was a good girl and made hers last. I call them the pacifiers! When I need to get something done and they are wrestling all over me, I go get the pacifiers. (On a side note, my mom came over to visit and we literally could barely have a conversation b/c they were soooo excited to see her. I said hold on mom let me get the pacifiers. I came back in and gave them each thier chew. She said, "Oh thank the Lord! I thought you had really gone and bought these dogs a pacifier. ) |

| I got the himalayan chews, but they haven't gotten much attention here either. I'm going to try shaving it with a knife and see if that helps. Quote:

| I was wondering about the cheese in the Himalayan chews--is it ok for the dogs? I hear a lot about not feeding dogs too much cheese so I have been hesitant to buy any yet. Thanks!
