| I got a coat for Cooper and an umbrella for me cause he didn't want to potty when it was raining. Now with the coat he stays outside and plays longer than I want to that is for sure, but if he does his business outside I will do it |

| She has several designer rain coats, as well as a Fishermans Yellow one with hood that lays over her head. If it is really bad, one of us are out in the rain holding an umbrella for her. Rain does not bother her, but it does bother my cowardly big dog. |

| Sadie used to give me trouble going out in the rain, but now she goes out, quickly does her thing and quickly comes back in.

| I keep a towel by the front door. Roxie is not a fan of the rain, and usually does her business quickly when it's lousy out. This morning she took two steps out into the rain and tried to turn around and come back it. No dice...she's gotta do her business before coming back in. When we come in I tell her to wipe her feet and she rolls around on her towel to dry off (I have a really funny video of this somewhere and it always makes me laugh).

| As much as Jackson loves snow, mud, and anything to do with outdoors.... the stinker HATES the rain. Yesterday morning, it was pouring outside and I know he had to potty so bad but he held it for another hour until the rain quit a little bit, lol.

YT 500 Club Member | Sophie just plain doesn't like wet grass. I have a hard time getting her to poop when the grass is wet, whether from rain or thawing snow. So if there is rain in the forecast we have to walk her out and tell her to go, or we confine her until she has done her business. If we let her run around the house, we have a surprise somewhere.

| Bailey doesn't mind the rain - its the wind that she hates. When the wind blows on her little butt, she gives me a dirty look as though I had something to do with it. |

| It's raining here right now and thank goodness my stinkers are sleeping they are obsessed with water. The shower, rain, snow, mud puddles, melting snow piles(Pann felt the need to do barrel roles in one and get himself soaked the other day) so when it rains they freak out to go outside. They are padd trained...well were still working on that...so the outdoors is a treat for them and they love it and I'll brave pretty much anything except a downpoor. they can wait until the rain is gone, mommy has to go to work and not smell like wet dog. can't bring in tips any other way I mean who wants their food served to the by the smelly dog lady lol |

| Cross training with Pee Pads works pretty well, my guys go either on the pads or outside. If its a lighter rain, they dont mind going out; if its a heavy rain, we aren't going. My place is big and open enough to have lots of fetch games for them to get their excersise. Actually, they get more excersise indoors than out, since I dont have a fenced in yard and wont let them out without a leash. I will run with them outside but only when they are both interested in that. So going outside is mostly for peeing and pooping. Strangely enough though, one likes to poop on the pad, and almost never goes outside (he will wait until we get in to poop, which is a shame). The other one has the oposite issue, she will pee inside, but only likes to poop outside unless she really has to go. I dont know where they get these behaviors from, but they sure are all very uniquie in what they want to do Agree with the towel right at the door before we leave strategy; I'd rater wipe them dry then have them do it all over my furniture! |

| We have a covered potty pen, because it rains here from November to March. It can also be used as a small outdoor play pen though. You can check out a picture of it on my profile page. It is in the album labeled "potty pen".
