| Car seats for pups, need recommendations. I use to have Kaji sit in the passenger seat of my car (harness on and secured to the seat) until he freaked out over a bus passing to close to that side of the car. He seems calmer if I let him ride in the back seat, yet he paces, which makes me nervous. I could have him in his carrier, but I'd really rather not, it doesn't seem to safe. He made his way into my lap by squeezing between the driver seat and the car door. It was funny since we were already parked, but I don't want to risk him trying while I'm on the freeway, SCARY!!!! So... I would like to know what you use for your babies in the car. I have a small car, a coupe, so space would be a bit of an issue. I just want him to be safe.

| Thanks for the reply! That looks great, but awfully big. I have bucket seats which would make for an awkward fit in the front seat. He could always ride in the back. Thanks for the suggestion.

| You're welcome.... They have smaller sizes as well. I got the large one so that I can fit both furbabies.

| Here's what I use for Sophie. It's a pet viewer car seat I ordered from HunterK9.com for about $30.00

| Sophie looks so cute in her sweater! I really like that seat. Is it complicated to attach to the seat? I ask because my little car seats 5 and sometimes, not often though, I do need each seat for a human passenger. Is it easy to put on and take off? Do you secure her in somehow?

| Do they have a strap that holds your baby in there with the car seats? I ask because Bailey would never stay in there by himself, I would have to clip him in somehow???

| Sophie's seat is very easily attached by adjustable straps that can go around a seat and around a headrest or both straps can go around the headrest. It's lightweight but sturdy with a velcro pad on the bottom of the seat inside so you can wash it. It also has an adjustable leash inside to secure them in their harness. Sophie is very comfortable in it. Sophie is modeling in her pink hoodie

| I have one almost exactly like that. It straps around the head rest and around the back of the seat. It just clips and then theres the clip inside to clip to Jaspers harness. He doesn't really like to sit in it because he'd rather sit in my lap, but thats a no no so hes getting used to it. Oh, and I have a small Civic and so the car seat is just the perfect size. Good luck! |

| Hi...how are you? I bought a one from petedge...let me try to find it. It looks like snoozer maybe it is but way cheaper. I have a tiny car with bucket seats and it fits fine...I can even get 2 dogs in it...they love it.

| When you find it please post! I like the one MI Yorkielover posted because it has high sides, so I'm hoping it would discourage Kaji from wanting to jump out. I was considering ones that would go in the center console, on the armrest. That way I still have room for all passengers without having to assemble and disassemble Kaji's car seat, but my car is just to small! I would probably hit Kaji in the face every time I shift gears.

| Just wondering if both of my girls could fit in this one? They are both 4 lbs. or would it be to small? I really like the looks of this one.

| Sophie is 4lbs and she has enough room to stand and stretch but it would be a tight fit for two to lay down I think. It holds a pet up to 14lbs but you can see that Sophie rather fills it up. (She's a bed hog too though, lol) However, I know that they also carried this 'Pet Viewer' seat in larger sizes too Only one leash inside though. I think you can find a double with two leashes on their site.
