| He doesnt look out of the ordinary. Some Yorkies do have different coloring if thats what you mean.... I wouldnt say he looks like a Parti tho, I would say if anything he looks like a Morkie (Yorkie/Maltese) who took the more Yorkie side. The woman I got Roxy from had a Morkie, she also had a Maltese. You would have thought that the Morkie was a Yorkie besides its more silver/grey black color than usual tan gold/blue black colors we usually see. Also, I am not accusing your breeder of anything, but sometimes ppl lie about what their dogs are to get more money for them for a purebred. If the Morkie favors the Maltese, they will call it a Maltese, and if it favors the Yorkie, they call it a Yorkie. Even if they are AKC registered, sometimes ppl lie about the mothers and fathers. You can even dispute it and the AKC will run blood tests. When I first got Roxy, I thought having the AKC papers would mean something to me, theyre nice to have, but I didnt bother to get them with Lexi because I'm not going to breed, and you dont need AKC papers to love. So really, the choice is up to you if you think youd like to look into it. Yorkie or Morkie... your puppy is beautiful, and adorable, and precious! But I'm sure I didnt have to tell you that.

I was thinking a morkie or yorkie poo possibly that looks more yorkie. That is that I think Lola is but she has very light yorkie coloring and is not nearly as fluffy but is 15 months. | |

| He looks like a Yorkie...was there a reason you were asking? No 2 yorkies look alike in my opinion. They may be close and many have a type...one breeder likes this blue steel color...yet another thinks that "this" is the proper blue steel color. Some Yorkies have big ears..some tiny..some medium...some snouts are short, medium, or extra long..legs same thing. Coats should be straight, your pups looks a like it has a little curl to it but some do..pet quality.. |

YT Addict | very cute! I've called Derby all kinds of things on here, but we have come to the conclusion that he is a mix of something and the verdict is still out on what. our breeder has disappeared off the face the earth, ( we realised a few months back) so that explains a lot!! We know he's Yorkie-something. My husband's now thinking maybe yorkiepoo....? but he changes his mind every few months lol does it matter?

Yorkie Talker | Coloring, Texture, and Mannerisms I love him to death and he is so adorable! I was just asking because 1 his coloring, there is a lot of whit on him and his black is still black. 2 the texture of his hair it's very soft and its fluffy and curly. I do groom him often though. and 3 his mannerisms he's very lovable and laid back not at all hyper like most Yorkshires, I love this about him. I got him from my fiance for my birthday last april he got him from a breeder in town. he has papers, but still I was curious. I love him just the same even if he weren't full tho. He is the sweetest most lovable baby ever and very possessive of his mommy. lol Thanks for the advice. I don't plan on breeding either so blood doesn't matter. |
