| Is there any way I can get him to play more gently? Hi all, My lil furbutt baby boy Rocco is 4 months and nearly 7 lbs already. He is short and stumpy while my Bella who is nearly 3, is 7 lbs., small-framed (her bones are like toothpicks compared to Rocco's), and long. They get along well, but when they play Rocco uses his body and big ol head a lot--he just plows right through her, with his head down-like a bull! Sometimes they get hurt, and most of the time it's Bella. I usually make them take breaks when I notice that they're getting too crazy, but sometimes it just happens and then I usually separate them after that. I know that if they grow up together, they are less likely to hurt each other, at least from what i heard. But as a puppy Rocco just plays too rough sometimes. Is there any way I can get him to calm down? Or is it just a puppy thing that he'll have to grow out of (which could take years)? TIA
