| I need some me time!!! Since we have been stuck in the house for going on two days (huge snow storm), my furbabies (cat and yorkie) will not leave me alone. When I sleep at night, Zoey is on one side and Brandi is on the other. Mind you my cat almost never sleeps with me. Then Zoey, the cat, is jumping up and down on the bed all night. They both walk all over me if I am not up in time to feed them. No matter where I go there they are. Can't even go to the freaking bathroom, I live alone so I never close the door . My cat doesn't normally follow me around but for some strange reason she is feeling a little needy. Of course Brandi doesn't like this because she is very possesive. If the cat is laying in my lap, then Brandi wants in on the action. Like right now as I am typing this, Zoey is on the desk staring me in my face and Brandi is trying to figure out a way to jump up in my lap so she can protect me from the evil cat. I need a break! | Aww! - Me and my b/f work full time so we cherish all the time we get with our girls when we are home they are always following us everywhere or during naps they will sleep right on you or beside you, it doens't bother me the least I always want to be with and around my dogs and count the minutes until I get to go home to see them on work days!

| Do you have a kong you can fill with peanut butter and then freeze it? This will give them something to do for a while so that you can get some things done. While, I love my animals, I sometimes have the same feeling. Both my dog and cat are very needy, and at times I just need to get something done! This is where the kong or other toys (nina ottosson, hide a squirrel, etc) they can play with themself come in handy. Another idea would be to just play with them for a while and tire them out and then hopefully you'll get your me time. |

| I know what you mean. Whenever I am in the office, they sleep on the desk with me. Most of the time one in right in the middle of my arms while I'm typing. I can't believe right now they are just sleeping on their pillows. lol I can't close the bathroom door as one of the will start scratching at the door. If I get up and go into another room they are right there too. But then when I had my 2 cats, they did the same thing other than being on the desk.

| LOL. That's too cute, but it saddens me because it makes me miss my cat Lily..she passed away about 3 months ago (can't believe it's been that long) at the hands (paws?) of my parents' dogs. I remember the times she would drive me crazy with her incessant "meow"s and scratching at my bedroom door! I'd give anything to have her here with me now, and Bella misses her also. It breaks my heart.
