| Asking for some powerful YT prayer tomorrow. Well, a few more hours and I will take my 2lb 8oz Fiona in to be spayed. Even though I have decided this is best for her, I am scared to death. It will be so hard to leave her because she is nervous around other people and she will not understand. Please, if you get a moment, send up a little prayer for her. Maybe another to give me strength to hand her off and walk out of the vets office in the morning. Here is a picture of my Ona all bathed, brushed and ready.

| I left my girl to get spayed this October, and I really didn't think I'd be as much of a wreck as I was since she is my second dog. I was so nervous, I called the vet 3 times to check on her, and my DH even called to check on her. Everything went fine and when I picked her up that night she was a little groggy from the anesthesia, but a few hours later she was bouncing off the walls like her old self. You'll be in my thoughts, but try to keep busy tomorrow so you don't worry yourself crazy |

| I will be thinking of the both of you in the morning. I know it is so hard to leave your baby. Do you get to take her home that evening? Praying for you both.

| Praying for your little Fiona! I'm sure she'll be fine, and you're doing the right thing by having her spayed. Rio was just 2.8 lbs when she was spayed 2 months ago and she did fine. I was a nervous wreck too - after I dropped her off at the vet in the morning, I sat in my car and cried! But everything went well and she came home with us that night. She was really groggy after we brought her home and she was shaking like she was cold. I called my vet and they said it was just her body metabolizing the anesthesia. The vet advised to just keep her warm and comfortable. A lot of people on YT said their babies bounced back the next day, but Rio took a couple of days to move around comfortably, and about 2 weeks before she was back to acting completely normal. Just want to give you a different perspective, even though it is still a positive perspective. |

I will be keeping busy by taking my dad to his doctors appt. The vet will have my cell #. I would rather have something to do than stay home all day and think! I want to use my positive energy to make her feel safe but I have a hard time masking my feelings. I think she already knows something is up. I know this happens everyday but not to my ona. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers!

| Ahhhh! I just said a prayer for your precious Fiona. I know how scary it is...I was scared with Maddie and Libby and they were both 5 pounds! I need to get Faith an appointment soon, but like you, feel rather nervous. She is 3 pounds and nearly 8 months. How old is Fiona? Hugs to you. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow!

| Adding my prayers to all the rest, and wish you all the best. It is a hard thing we have to go thru, but even more so for those of you with extra-tiny girls.
