| Finally! Yaaa, finally Little Philly can walk down the steps! At 18 weeks old I never thought she would learn b/c she was so scared to come down but my son finally taught her!

| Congratulations , I know what you mean. We have two sets of stairs and were so excited when Sophie learned. And also happy to not have to carry her outside to go potty everytime.lol!

| AWE... Congrats, Nicky is STILL afraid to come down our front steps and he is a year old... but he flies down my sisters steps with no problem... I think its because the steps are carpeted...

| My Yorkies were never afraid of stairs but I've had other breeds that were. |

| Carpet makes a huge difference. We have hardwood stairs and I bought carpet stair treads and it made Sophie feel like she could stop instead of slide. I think it's easier on her joints, too.

| Yes , she was really scared but we helped her do it to show her it would be okay. We have carpet on our stairs so I guess that helps but we have four flights of stairs so she kept running to the top floor and then yelping for help..LOL! We would baracade the steps and she would somehow manage to get past them and then get stuck! Now she not only foloows me up the steps but she now follows down the steps...so cute! iT'S THE LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE..ISN'T IT?

| This makes me laugh!!! Bentley will go UP, but not down, and he is 15 pounds! I have to go up and carry him down! But it is as effective as a baby gate, if he is up! And good exercise for me, going to get him, and weight lifting him back... LOL

| Welcome to my world. If I go out for just a second Kalina will run upstairs and jump in my bed so that she can "smell" me. Then I come home and she cries until I go up there and carry her back down. SPOILED!!!!
