| Here it goes...all in one Hey everyone! I have so many questions running through my head. I just want to see what everyone's experiences or suggestions are. All the questions that I'm about to ask are irrelevant. I just don't want to post one after another, so here it goes... * How much do you feed puppies after 6 months of age? *My Carmel was 1.8 lbs at 12 weeks and he's now hitting 5 lbs!! Is that normal? *My Emma, on the other hand, is super thin...you can feel her bones. She is 2.6 lbs at almost 5 months. She eats and drinks so it's not an appetite problem...Suggestions? *I want to make dog beds, clothes, and bows for my babies. Does anyone know how to make them? Any suggestions/recommendations will be appreciated! *Can I use snap hair clips on their hair (I don't want to damage it)? *I let my babies sleep with me. I used to let them sleep inside of the blanket next to my legs, but then I learned that it's not good for them. Now, they constantly try to go into my blanket...they even DIG their way in!! Does anyone else let their babies sleep inside the blanket? *I give my puppy these treats he absolutely love (salmon skin bone)...but when I take it back, he growls and shows his teeth? Should I change treats? How do you teach him not to do that? He never growls at me like that any other time. *Emma has long legs for her body...she can't seem to roll over...When I say roll over, she rolls on her belly and she struggles to get back up... Does anyone else's yorkie have this problem? *Carmel is 6 months and Emma is almost 5 months. Do they need a fecal test? It was suggested, but I want to know if it's necessary. Okay, so I just let EVERY QUESTION off my chest. Sorry to bombard you guys with all these questions. Thanks for listening and helping though!!! |

| Not sure of the answers to mos of the questions but this one I will take a shot at: I let my babies sleep with me. I used to let them sleep inside of the blanket next to my legs, but then I learned that it's not good for them. Now, they constantly try to go into my blanket...they even DIG their way in!! Does anyone else let their babies sleep inside the blanket? Gypsy sleeps inside the blankets but we do not tuck in our blankets. She has a way out at all times as long as she goes out one of 3 sides.( Hubby and I do not share covers). I would never let her sleep in the tucked in blankets afraid she would suffocate.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | "My Carmel was 1.8 lbs at 12 weeks and he's now hitting 5 lbs!! Is that normal?" Yes!! Yorkies standard size is between 5 to 7 pounds. But, like people, can be smaller or larger! *I want to make dog beds, clothes, and bows for my babies. Does anyone know how to make them? Any suggestions/recommendations will be appreciated." They have really cute patterns out there for both. I say find some you like and go from there! Also, there are some amazingly talented people on YorkieTalk. Look at all the member stores and see what's out there!
