| Hi New here. Curious about my Yorkie I am new here. I have a 5 month old male Yorkie. He is 10 lbs and has the best personality. I was just curious if it was normal for some Yorkies features to be more prominent when they are puppies. Shockey is our yorky's name. He has a rather large muzzle and really large ears. Just curious. We adore him no matter what. When I spoke to the breeder she had pictures of the puppies up on her website and asked which one I wanted and I told her I didnt care what he looked like I just wanted the one that they though was the most calm. That's what I got . Can someone also please let me know how to put up a profile picture. Thanks, Kelly |

| My daughter's Yorkie is bigger with a long muzzle and floppy ears. We keep teasing and saying he's been crossed with something else, but he has all the papers and is the sweetest natured dog. I do think some are bigger but they're still lovely. Hugs Shirl x x |

| I have larger yorkies too with longer muzzles than some I have seen......they are purebred yorkies, but not bred to standard. I love them both to pieces and wouldnt change them for the world. Enjoy your baby!! (if you click on UserCp on the left hand side of the blue bar at the top of the screen you can change your profile settings and upload a pic for your avatar ) xxx

| Awe thanks for all the sweet helpful comments! I do think he is adorable and honestly feel like I mistake him for one of my children sometimes. I had always wanted a yorkie and with my daughters allergies and my son being mild pdd my research for a compatable dog left me pleasantly surprised that yorkie were one of the best choices! We just love him to pieces! |

| We're also new here too. He is adorable. Our Pixie is 17 months old and weighs about 6 lbs. Has long legs and tall ears. But, we love her very much. |

| If you send a private message to 'xmasbaby75' she is great at helping with photo posting questions. She had a thread not too long ago asking if any newbies needed any help. Hope this helps! Welcome to YT!~Quote:

| Shockey is ADORABLE! I, too, have a larger guy weighing 12lbs. I get comments all the time that he's a Silky or mixed, or whatever. I don't really care what he is, he's the best dog I've ever owned! He's also got a longer muzzle and bigger ears.
