| I hate people calling my furbaby as "dog" Sugar is my baby, I dislike people calling her "dog". Why can they just call her "furbaby" instead? I just love her too much, to me, Sugar is not a dog...she's my baby. Maybe I'm crazy...crazy for my Yorkie baby! |

| LOL, I know what you mean, but I am just the opposite. I love my dogs and they are more than "just" a dog to me too, but I just cannot get in to calling them anything different. They are dogs afterall. I guess I do call them my babies too once in a while. I always giggle over these types of statements. I wonder if your Yorkie could call you anything other than your name, or a human, or a person, what kind of slang name would they call you? LOL.....

| LOL, that is good! But momma is a human term. What would they call you in "dog" terms? Since we all know what a female dog is called, I am sure mine would use it gently and with loving intentions. LOL

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | LOL aw. Well I definitely refer to Tucker as "furbaby" and call him "baby" all the time. we love him dearly. I do refer to him as "the dog" or "dog" though sometimes, because that is what they are, afterall. I just think it's cute when people love their dogs so much.

| I don't have a problem with people calling my babies dogs. They ARE dogs and they always will be a dog. Some people are just not attached emotionally to animals as some may be. I call mine my babies all the time or I call them " baby girl, or baby boy ". I also will say infront of people " mama's baby ". Some people just don't share the same opinions though. You shouldn't get upset over it. |

| I refer to them as "My Yorkie Girls", and I refer to myself as a "Crazy Yorkie Mama". Sometimes I call them my furbabies, but not on a regular basis. I never, EVER call them dogs.

| People call mine, 'the little one' or 'Sandy'. He's more than just a 'dog' for me, he's my little precious one. I call him 'Sandy' and 'Baby'. |

| They are in fact dogs so I don't have a problem. Around the house Troy is called by his name or the baby by my daughter. |
