| Urgent! Looking for a house in the middle of nowhere at the top of a mountain secluded from everyone and everything, closest human neighbor 500.000 miles. Any one have any leads on what I'm looking for pleeeeeeeeease let me know. I'm done with the so called human race. So ok here's what happened my hubby was shoveling snow out front and poor little Stellina who adores her daddy just had to go on the balcony to see him I let her out Gizmo followed all they did was run and wag their tails being so happy to see daddy and being outside all of a sudden the neighbor pulls into his drive way gets out of his car Stellina gave 2 woof woofs and ran inside the neighbor looks at my husband and says "well looks like we're getting started off to a good new year", hubby just looked at him and said Happy New Year and went on about his business.Buddy is lucky it was my husband outside and not me because that shovel could have become a lethal weapon. Some people I swear they really know how to ruin your day. Thanks for letting me vent xo |

| My closest neighbor is a half mile away, we get along great. I always am looking for the T-Shirt that says "the more people I meet, the more I love my dog"! |

| Unless your neighbor is prone to dislike dogs then maybe he was just talking about the snow. I hate shoveling snow and it's not the way I'd like to start the new year! LOL! |

| i think maybe it was the snow he was referring to, if you did find a place ontop of a mountain shovelling snow would be a full time job and you'll have to travel miles to get dog food and to a vet, if your neighbor a guts ache at least your babies have the sense to bark and run

| Yeah, I agree that it sounds like he was referring to the snow unless he has complained about your dogs before? |

| Well I asked if possibly he could be refering to the snow and he said no it was obvious it was the dog he was reffering to, they were in the drive ways and Stellina was upstairs on the balcony snd he looked over at her when he said that. No he never complained about the dogs bedfore, he probablly didn't even know we had dogs, unless he's seen us with them when we go for walks. It seriously was 2 woofs and then she ran in, if she had been there barking for 5 minutes or so, or was a constant outside barker I would have never posted this, so this is for those of you who needed to be there to get the drift. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I saw your thread title and thought there was a situation that truly was "urgent", as in some type of emergency. Sorry your New Year got started off this way.

| Neighbors! After years of dealing with people in emergency public services and as supervisor at a discount store I have learned that there are many people who are never happy no matter what. I have learned the best way to deal with them is be nice and cheerful no matter their attitude, It pisses them off that you are happy! People would bi__h and complain and I would smile and tell them to have a nice day. Usually leaves them with nothing else to say. It took me awhile to learn this as I have a quick temper and don't back away from confrontation easily. Then I figured out that arguing with most of them is like fighting an unarmed person. Either way, you walk away feeling better about yourself. |

| I would not have been offended by his statement a lot of people talk about the weather when they don't know anything else to talk about

| Yorkiemom no offence taken. I was just really hurt that this a hole could make such a comment after only 2 woofs. I live next to an elementery school, there's my house the a hole's house and the school so when the dogs go out back on the balcony and it's recess time for the kids they could see and hear the kids playing but there is no bark, I taught them you bark you come inside, I did this from day one that I got them 10 and 12 weeks. With the snow pilling up outside I would have like to take them in the back yard and run after them, play fetch or whatever, they would have a blast and I know she would definatly bark in a situation like that so it's stay on the balcony don't bark or come inside and if we want to run and play outside instead of doing it in the confort of our own back yard we'll have to pack them up and drive to a dog park which I'm not fond of because there are bigger dogs there and who knows what could happen. So yeah I'm still looking for my house on top of a mountain lol |

| I feel bad that you live next to such a person. Stolen quote--"Poor is the man who doesn't know how to love an animal..." |
