LMBO at the 'typical man answer' I hope it wont hurt him. I know that my cat watched my ex pull earth worms from the ground after sundown to use for fishing the next morning,... and after that she became an expert in pulling them up hole (not such an easy task). Problem was it became her favorite DAILY adventure and she would bring them in and leave them on the floor near my bed as gifts every nite. God forbid I wake up to go potty and not pay attention Hope someone with knowledge on the topic (unlike me) can reassure you!!

| Keeping my fingers crossed. Since it appears he chewed it up, it had to die all the way down to his belly. I'm grossed out thinking it is crawling around in his belly. What was that silly dog thinking???????????????

| Well, it is protein. Don't worry, can't be poisonous or birds & moles wouldn't touch them. One of mine catches flies & eats them, she's got very adept at catching them in flight! xx Meggie |

| Thank goodness! It still grosses me out thinking of even a bird eating a worm!

I'm sure you baby will be fine. Pets eat bugs all the time. Someone's on here likes the dead shriveled up ones.
