| I totally understand how you feel. Keep us posted on Toby's day getting neautered. I seriously HINTED to my husband tonight over my passion in my search for another Yorkie. He rolled his eyes, but knows even though I adore Schatzie I am STILL trying to find a Yorkie I have pictured in my mind. He looks at me like, "does it ever end?", haahaha. Yet he has so much compassion in understanding my feelings towards replacing Half-Pint (RIP) and finding the distinguishing qualities, confirmation, etc that I had with her.

| I totally understand the feeling....I ended up with my chihuahua by "default"...the "yorki-huahua" I had originally purchased died after only 5 days and the breeder had no other one like her....but I got the breeders "pick-of-the-litter" chihuahua instead. I did not really want a chihuahau ....I wanted a yorkie and at the time that 1st little dog was good enough for me. After 8 months I really love Apple, but kept wanting a yorkie...And Apple has turned out to be a great little dog....loves to go for rides.....paper trained in just days...(!!!)....rarely barks..(!!!)....and just loves everybody! I was calling and searching around for a puppy for a friend...(she just wanted any kind of puppy)....when I started seeing all the ads for Yorkies. Then I secretly got very serious in my hunt...(my husband did not want ANY MORE DOGS!!)..when I found this Lil Bit I got 2 weks ago. I was concerned that she was going to be sickly and too small.....and I lied to my husband about how much she cost.....BUT.....this has turned into the best deal of my life.!!! Apple has almost paper trained Lil Bit herself and they now play and play and play....It is the cutest thing. But, not only is it sooo cute but now Apple has someone to play with and wear her out....but the new puppy gets tired also and everybody just sleeps and sleeps..... And Apple has been Lil Bit's physical therapist....becuse she was soooo malnourished and uncoordinated..all the playing and tug-of-war and running I have seen Lil Bit get soooo much stronger and coordinated in just 2 weeks. P.S. My husband LOVES them both!!! |
