| Is he seeing a ghost?? Okay, this is gonna sound silly, but sometimes I wonder if JoJo can see or sense a spirit or something. Just out of the blue, he'll go from being perfectly quiet and then jump up and start barking like mad at NOTHING. As in, right in the middle of the room, and looking at something that I obviously don't see. He's even growled...and he never growls! The first few times I dismissed it, but tonight it really creeped me out. He wouldn't budge from that spot and kept growling and barking at whatever he was seeing, and even when I went to pick him up and walked away with him, he turned his head back in that direction and continued growling. I'm a big fraidy-cat, so I'm really paranoid now lol. Can anyone offer any insight as to what he's seeing/sensing?

| Max has done this in the past...even to the point that the was trembling and then jumped into my lap...the fact that he was scared really freaked me out.

| Milo comes to work with me and I notice he does this there it is a very very old building with lots of things running around I am sure. I think that they hearing and senses are so much sensitive then ours and they are aware of things that don't even register with us. Last fall I remember he was going nuts in the office barking at the walls, and cowering in a corner. Two days later we found a dead mickey in another part of the building I am convinced he hears things moving around that I don't. |

| I am a very big believer in things like this. Every thing I have read says that yes animals and children often do see spirits and things we can not see. Motley will do the same thing, go nuts when there is nothing there. |

| I have noticed Zoey doing the same thing... the only thing I could think of was she is a bit spooked by shadows. Not so spooky being shadows.

| Teddee does this almost every night at about the same time. I think he has super sensitive hearing, and hears other dogs barking outside. I also have deer and other animals who are in the wooded area behind my house, and I think he can hear them. At least I am hoping that's what he hears!!!
