| You guys saved me When I got Kona from a family that didn't want her anymore I was beside myself with anxiety. I was so worried I had done the wrong thing. She is the first dog I have ever had. My DH kept saying he didn't want a dog so that didn't help matters. I was to the point that for the first week I wasn't eating and I couldn't sleep. I would break out crying all the time. It was almost to the point that I thought I would have to find another home for her. But then I found YT! I read up on everything I could before I was brave enough to join. She has now been with us for over 2 1/2 months and we couldn't be happier! DH really loves her now. Right now she is at my parent's house (350 miles away) while my DH and I get ready to go to Hawaii for Thanksgiving. We MISS HER so much, both of us keep comenting that it is just too quiet around here without her. Anyway, thank you for reading this and thank you for helping me cope those first few weeks - I couldn't have done it without you! |
