| I'm so sad! My mom has been here this week and just left to go back home (350 miles away). She also took our little Kona with her!!! My DH and I are going to Hawaii on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. It is a yearly tradition but this is the first year we have had our furbaby. I know my parents will take great care of her (in fact I told Kona not to listen to them if they try to talk her into staying with them forever). She will have my parent's Maltese to play with, if they don't ignore each other the whole 2 weeks like they did the last time they were together. I just miss so much already and she has only been gone about 3 hours! I know 2 weeks isn't a long time but we have grown so attached to her and the house is SO quite right now. |

| Aw, it'll be okay. She'll be better than fine, have a grand old time. I'm sure she'll miss you just as much as you miss her, though. I know what you mean about the house being too quiet. I had to send my furbabies to my moms for a day last week while we had pest spraying here. Two of my children were at school, and the youngest was napping. The house was silent, it was weird and not very pleasant, oddly enough, lol.

| The time will fly by. Your baby will be well taken care of. Grandmothers tend to spoil even furbabies.

| I'm so sad How lucky for you to have your mom taking care of your baby! I know the house is quite but you are very fortunate to have family taking care of her....not to mention a playmate. I have a Maltese boy and Yorki girl. They don't play much together either but they are constanly sitting or laying next to each other. Your little one will have a fur friend and a grandma while you are gone so try to enjoy your time in Hawai. She will be back with you before you know it and you can tell her how much you missed her. |
